「MaxPayne」＆「MaxPayne 2」のリメイク版が発売決定！
PS5とXbox Series X|S、PC向けにリリース予定

Remedy Entertainmentは4月6日、アクションアドベンチャー「MaxPayne」と「MaxPayne 2：The Fall of MaxPayne」におけるリメイク版の発売を発表した。
2001年に発売された「MaxPayne」と2003年発売の「MaxPayne 2：The Fall of MaxPayne」がリメイクされ、現行機向けに発売されることが決定した。Remedy Entertainmentはリメイクの制作にあたり、Rockstar Gamesとの契約を結んだことを発表。銃撃戦の最中などに時間をスローにできる「バレットタイム」などを採用したタイトルがグラフィックスを刷新し新たに登場する。
プラットフォームとしてはプレイステーション 5とXbox Series X|S、PC向けにリリースされる予定。なお、本プロジェクトはコンセプトの開発段階にあるとしている。
