M249の米軍特殊部隊仕様。少人数での作戦時に5.56mmでは火力不足になるため7.62mm仕様としてアメリカ特殊作戦軍要請のもと制作された。外見上の主な違いはハンドガードの形状とハンドガード上にピカティニレールが取り付けられている
