「グランツーリスモSPORT」、クリスマスアップデートを配信！日産やマツダ、ランボルギーニなど新車も登場
様々なレースに挑める「GTリーグ」モードも登場

ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテンメントジャパンアジアは、プレイステーション 4用リアルドライビングシミュレーター「グランツーリスモSPORT」のクリスマスアップデートを12月22日に配信した。
今回のアップデートでは、シングルプレイモードに「GTリーグ」を追加。過去シリーズ作品の「GTモード」のように、様々なカップ戦のレースリーグや耐久レースシリーズに挑戦できる。今回のアップデート以降も様々なレースを収録していく予定。
加えて、「日産Skyline GT-R V・spec II （R32）」や「マツダRX-7 Spirit R Type A （FD）」など新たに12車種を追加。今後も発売から2018年3月までに合計50台の車両やコースを追加予定としている。
