日本版「FIFA 14」カバーに長谷部誠選手と吉田麻也選手が登場
サウサンプトンFCはEA SPORTSとパートナーシップを提携

エレクトロニック・アーツは、10月17日に発売予定のプレイステーション 3/Xbox 360版「FIFA 14 ワールドクラス サッカー」において、日本版パッケージにVfLヴォルフスブルクの長谷部誠選手とサウサンプトンFCの吉田麻也選手がカバーとして登場することを発表した。
これにより、日本版パッケージのカバーには、リオネル・メッシ選手とともに長谷部選手吉田選手が並ぶこととなる。なお本日、サウサンプトンFCがEA SPORTSとパートナーシップを提携したことも発表された。
