株式会社ディースリー・パブリッシャーは、3月4日に発売したプレイステーション 3/Xbox 360用FPS「バイオショック2」において、第1弾追加ダウンロードコンテンツ（DLC）「『シンクレア・ソリューションズ』モニタープログラム」の配信を、4月5日より開始する。価格は、PS3版が600円、Xbox 360版が400マイクロソフトポイント（600円相当）。

　「『シンクレア・ソリューションズ』モニタープログラム」は、本作のマルチプレイモードでキャラクターを成長させるためのカスタマイズアイテムを収録したDLC。追加される要素については、下記を参照して欲しい。

・最大ランクを50に引き上げ、ランクごとの報酬を追加
・2体の新規キャラクター（ルイとオスカー）
・20個の新規トライアル
・各武器の3つ目のアップグレードを解除
・キャラクターのマスク5種（ランク41以上で使用可能）

　追加されるキャラクターは、「ルイ・マクグラフ」と「オスカー・カルラカ」の2体。ルイ・マクグラフは、人を傷つけるのを好み、その手段にも長ける非道な男。傷害や密輸にも手を染め、金儲けのためにラプチャーにやってきた。逮捕され、拘留される前は、フォンテイン水産のドックを職場としていた。

　一方のオスカー・カルラカは、若かりし頃、そのビジネス手腕、献身的な労働倫理、確かな審美眼を活かし、化粧品業界で巨万の富を築き上げた人物。現在では、より官能的な世界に興味を抱いており、VIPが集まる優雅で贅沢なパーティーを開き、日々ラプチャーのゴシップ誌を賑わせている。
