ゼニマックス・アジア株式会社は、プレイステーション 3/Xbox 360用FPS「DOOM3 BFG EDITON（ドゥームスリー ビーエフジーエディション）」を日本で2012年秋に発売する。価格は3,800円で、CEROレーティングは審査予定。開発はid Softwareが担当している。
「DOOM3 BFG EDITON」は、FPS「DOOM」シリーズがセットになったゲームコレクション。「DOOM」および「DOOM2」が収録されているほか、「DOOM3」、アドオンパック「the Resurrection of Evil」、そして新コンテンツ「The Lost Mission」が楽しめる。「DOOM3」については、3Dでリマスターされており、より恐怖度の高い体験ができるという。
