元シタデルの警官のギャレスや、トゥーリアンのタリなど、前作で登場したキャラクターも登場する。また、ノルマンディーのクルー達とも交流できる。各惑星の住人とのサブクエストも用意されており、様々なドラマが繰り広げられる
