ゲームが開始直後に前作のストーリーのおさらい、そして今作のストーリーの始まりについて語られる。100%理解できればそれに越したことはないが、「マガラン」という惑星が舞台で、複数の派閥が争いあっているという状況がわかれば最低限OK。本作を楽しむ障害にはならない
