株式会社ディースリー・パブリッシャーは、3月4日発売予定のプレイステーション 3/Xbox 360用FPS「バイオショック2」の初回特典の情報を公開した。

　初回特典は、本作より新たに収録される、「マルチプレイモード」で使用可能な新キャラクターが手に入るダウンロードコンテンツカード（DLCカード）。このDLCカードでは、「マドモアゼル・ブランシェ・デグレース」と「ジーゴ・ダコスタ」の2人のキャラクターが追加される。

　「マドモアゼル・ブランシェ・デグレース」は、奥行きのある豊かな感情表現が世界的に評価されている女優。新たな聴衆を魅了したいと切望し、ラプチャーを訪れる。

　燃えるような恋を経験しており、彼女の激しさに見合う、欲望を満たすことのできるパートナーを捜し求めている。また、外向的な面と内向的な面の両方をあわせ持ち、その時々によって雰囲気が大きく変わるらしい。

　「ジーゴ・ダコスタ」は、捕鯨船で生まれ、大海原に生息する世界でもっとも危険な獲物を追い続ける。性格は、粗暴で薄情、そして非常に迷信深い。そんな彼は、新たな観点から海を体験したいと考え、ラプチャーを訪れる。
