日本マイクロソフト株式会社は、Xbox 360のプラチナコレクションに「Borderlands」と「北斗無双」の2タイトルを加えることを明らかにした。発売日は3月3日を予定し、価格は「Borderlands」が2,940円で、「北斗無双」が3,990円。CEROレーティングはいずれもD（17歳以上）。

　「Borderlands」は、米Gearbox Softwareが手がけたアクションRPG。トゥーンシェーダーによるアニメーションタッチの3Dグラフィックスと、無限のバリエーションを備えたトレジャーハンティング要素で、欧米で高い評価を集めた。日本では「Borderlands」本編がXbox 360向けに2010年2月25日にリリースしたほか、「Borderlands」本編および追加ダウンロードコンテンツ（DLC）をひとまとめにした「Borderlands Game of The Year Edition」をPS3向けに12月22日にリリースしている。今回日本マイクロソフトが発売するプラコレ版「Borderlands」は、本編のみとなっており、追加DLCは別途購入する必要があるので注意したい。

　「北斗無双」は、「北斗の拳」の世界観を、コーエーテクモの「無双」シリーズで再現したアクションゲーム。日本では2010年3月25日にリリースされ、2010年12月2日には海外仕様の逆輸入版「北斗無双 International」がPS3向けにリリースされている。今回日本マイクロソフトが発売するプラコレ版「北斗無双」は、本編のみとなっている。追加DLCは別途購入する必要があるので注意したい。
