ゲームロフト株式会社は、iPhone/iPod touch用「ブラザーインアームズ2：Global Front」の配信を2月22日より開始した。価格は900円。

　「ブラザーインアームズ2：Global Front」は、2008年11月に配信されたiPhone/iPod touch用「ブラザーインアームズ: アワーオブヒーローズ」の続編。第2次世界大戦での戦いを忠実に再現することにこだわり、戦場のリアリティーを追求したミリタリーFPSとなっている。

　ゲームの舞台となるのは、太平洋、ノルマンディー、北アフリカ、ドイツ、シチリアの5カ所。合計13のステージで戦いを繰り広げていく。

　戦闘機は、グライダー、オフロード車、戦車の3種類を収録。使用可能な武器は、機関銃、バズーカ、スナイパーライフルなど、実在する武器を元に見た目や性能などが忠実に再現されたものとなっている。

　また、最大6人まで対戦可能なマルチプレイモードが搭載されている。マルチプレイモードでは、5つのマップと、「チームバトル」、「ドミネーション」、「デスマッチ」の3つの対戦モード収録。Bluetooth接続によるローカル対戦、またはWi-Fi経由のオンライン対戦を楽しめる。
