Eastasiasoftは、FPS「Shadow of Loot Box（シャドウ・オブ・ルートボックス）」のNintendo Switch版を6月27日、プレイステーション 4版を6月28日に発売する。価格は1,000円（税込）。Nintendo Switch版は、7月17日まで20%OFFで購入できる。
北米のゲーム業界で大議論となっている「ルートボックス（いわゆるガチャ）」をオマージュしたパロディFPS。出てくる敵はみんなルートボックスの姿をしており、ドロップアイテムはすべてガチャ。ほかにも、バグや、早すぎるアーリーアクセス、テクスチャーが貼られていない未完成マップ、微妙な消耗品ばかりの課金アイテムなど現代のゲームにありがちな闇を凝縮して笑い飛ばす内容となっている。他のゲームでルートボックスが足りないと感じているなら、うんざりするほど遭遇できる本作にぜひトライしてみてはどうだろう。
