「ウォーハンマー40,000: スペースマリーン」は、英Games Workshopのミニチュアバトルゲーム「Warhammer 40,000（ウォーハンマーフォーティーケー）」のダークな世界観を忠実に再現したTPS。オンラインでは、最大16人によるマルチプレイが楽しめるほか、多彩なモードで経験を積めば、自分だけの装備やスキルをアンロックすることもできる。
